If you follow the system and don't see a clear improvement in recruiter responses within 30 days, contact us and the founder will personally review your profile and tell you what to fix — at no cost.
If work on your customized service has not yet begun, you may request a full refund. Once customization has started, refunds are at our discretion, prorated for work completed.
